Tangeh Vashi is a mountainous area in north-eastern Tehran near Firuzkuh city. Tangeh means canyon, it is named like that due to the type of its path, as you need to walk through a river in a canyon to a grassland, and then to the second canyon so you can visit the famous waterfall. There is a wall inscription from Fath Ali Shah Qajar in the area.
